Posted a message on here about 3 weeks ago about horrid data speeds, constant "network busy" messages when trying to make calls, and texts that won't go out or come in. Supposedly there was already a ticket opened for it, but I have YET to hear or see that anything has actually been done about fixing this.
I've been a customer for almost 12 years, thru all the goods and bads. But my contract is coming due, and if this kind of service continues, I may be forced to go elsewhere. I understand that I live in a smaller market, but I've worked in customer service a long time....ALL customers should be taken care of equally. I'm really not seeing this from Sprint, and I'm extremely disappointed.
