Is there any idea on how long the outage in Chicago is going to last? I am still without voice, text, or 3G data going onto the third day now. There has been little in the way of annoucements or updates on this.
I cannot see where in our network boards you should be experiencing the issues you are having. I understand that you are and ask you to reply to private message or call in for troubleshooting. You can dial *2 from a Sprint device or 888-211-4727 from any other phone. I am guessing you have already pulled your battery and power cycled the device off than back on.
