I am sorry you are having signal issues with your device. I was wondering are you still having issues with your signal? I looked at our tools and I didnt see anything wrong with the towers or no outages for coverage or anything? Now we did have a nationwide text message outage yesterday and this may be the reason why you were unable to send text. It looks like the text messaging outage has been cleared at this time.
