I have had signal and data issues since yesterday. Customer Support reports no issues in my area (08203) From reading numerous posts online I see that this is a valid issue. My Optimus S has been going into data roam constantly and my tower signal is non-existent.
Is there any known time frame for these issues to be resolved?
I do not see a problem in that zipcode on my outage board at all. If you travel out of that area does your service resume? Have you done any basic steps to try to fix it like remove/replace battery or update your PRL? (home/menu/settings/about phone/update prl -it's at the bottom)
If your phone works fine at other locations then please when possible contact our technical support department and explain this to them and we can open a trouble ticket to get it fixed.
STILL ISSUES on 23rd Street Brigantine, NJ 08203. Calls are choppy and dropping. Texts are not going through. No problem with data services that I can see
