I wanted to see if there are reports of slow data connectivity in Houston, TX 77095 (home) or 77064 (work) . I started experiencing this yesterday around 3:00pm and still this morning. My wife also mentioned it with her phone too.
I am not showing any outages at this time. Have you tried to turn your devices off and remove the battery for a full minute(if your battery is able to be removed) and retry. If not you may need to call technical support and get this reported in and possibly get a trouble ticket submitted.
thanks for quick response Ray. I did the power cycle yesterday but forgot to pull battery. I will try that next today. This morning it actually is working fine. We had a cloudy rainy day yesterday so maybe that had something to do with it.
Based on the problems we are having with my wife's Epic 4G and Sprint Tech support, I would rather not have to deal with him or local store.
