Hi, have lost almost all coverage IN MY HOUSE. I know its not my phone, because my wife is having the same issues on her phone. I have friends who are on Verizon and T-Moble and they have full bars on thier phones when they are over, so I pinned it on Sprint. I went to a Sprint repair center to ask about it, and the girl told me "oh yeah, they are working on it" then tried to sell me an upgrade on my phone. Does anyone know if this is being adressed?
