Very Poor Signal and Dropped Calls at 36265

I have been trying to no avail to get answers from Sprint Customer Service. Its hard to talk to them when you get dropped in the middle of a support call and you do not get a call back. Is anyone having the same issues or have any answers about how to resolve. I might just have to drop SPRINT.

Thank you for that information. I see that you have two towers in your location, one of which are performing below standards. You would need to have a network ticket opened. I cannot maintain phone service long enough to talk to tech support, I have tried that. How do I private message you?
