Wow. After reading all these complaints about service and customer service I'M going back to Best Buy tomorrow and switching to Verizon. I don't care to pay more but I want service when I pay for it! I missed out on talking to a loved who I waited a week to get go talk to then my phone won't work?. Im very angry.
