It's christmas and I can't send out any texts or make any calls. Have been having this issue the past two weeks or so, on and off. The 4g has also not been available in the areas it usually is. Was also having this problem at work in edison, nj in s08837. What's the point of having a phone if I can't use it? I love Sprint's customer service, but the actual sprint service has taken a huge plunge it seems since the iphone 4s became available. Im currently looking for other cell phone option. I'm wasting 180 dollars a month on a plan i never get to use.
