poor to no signal 16504

frequent dropped calls. incoming calls going directly to voicemail, phone jumps back and forth from roaming. data is either nonexistant or very slow (30kbps)... i have made several calls to tech support. ive been told a tower is down twice, device issues once, tower is being updated expect it to be better tomorrow... Ive been a sprint customer since 1999, the last 3 months with this service has been a nightmare...

Sorry for the inconvenience.  There has been an identified outage in your area for 3G data that would cause the behavior that you have described.  As you can see from the details below there has been a repair ticket assigned and the do have an estimated time of repair of 11/01/2011 23:24:40 CST.

there was an improvement all this week, thanks for the info. ive been getting about 500kbps which isnt great, but at least i was able to browse. the last two days my speeds have been between 100-300 though so i hope this was not just a temporary fix...
