Okay this problem has been going on since August 19th after a bad storm, i have called sprint multiple times to report to network issue with one of the towers. Nothing has been done...i cant receieve any text messages unless I make a call out. Very frustrating...If i go somwhere else in the city the messages work. Texting will not work on the University of Kansas campus and has been going on for about a week and a half...someone from the tech area please report this and get this resolved.
-Lifelong sprint user
I am having the same issues as well. I am unable to get my text messages while I am at work unless I make or receive a phone call on my phone. When I'm at home (Tonganoxie) I have no problems at all. I've been a Sprint user for 12 years and this is the first major problem I have had with the company. This needs to be fixed!! Its been going on for way too long.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm on the verge of dropping sprint. It's seems to be getting worse. Outgoing/Incoming calls and texts either come in 8 to 12 hours later or not at all. I've updated my firmware and prl multiple times. I've turned my phone off and on mulitiple times. NOTHING CHANGES! This needs to get fixed now! All the customers affected by this should be credited.
