I have been having an enormous amount of trouble with our devices lately. we live close to a tower but yet our phones seem to go into roaming status when we are in our home or its just has no coverage. We have an instinct and a moment. We have also been having trouble with the new and improved website. Our call logs never match what our minutes used are. They are usually a day or two behind if the site is even up and working. I have dealt with customer service but they seem to be no help in any situation. Any suggestions?
