I have power-cycled my phone and I am still receiving Error Code 67 Unable to establish wireless data connection. Please Select Update Profile to correct this. If the problem persists, please contact your mobile phone company. I have done this multiple times it thinks for a little bit and then brings up the same error. Anyone else experiencing this issue. I am seriously fed up with sprint I have sent multiple emails in regards to other issues with my cellular devices and have not got a response.
Do you have the 3G icon showing on top of your screen? Also could you please provide me with a location possibly a zip code so I can see if we have any data outages in your area?
I did noticed that we had 3 service outage that were closed but have not cleared yet which still makes them open, which may be causing the issue for you not to use your data or getting that error 67. If you continue having problems, you may want to call technical support by dialing *2 on your cell phone or else 1-888-211-4727 on a landline phone.

I was having the same issue with mine this morning. One second it was working fine then the next second all I can do is try to make that message go away. I had no use of my phone at all. About 10 minutes of pushing 'Update Profile' my daughter text me and the message went away.
Make sure turn off WI-FI, power cycle the phone and update profile. Try to log into web. Also send me your zip code so that I can check if there is any network outage at your location.
I am getting the error message also code 67. I've turned off phone several times and updated profile. Nothing is working. How can I get this fixed?????
I am receiving this same message only when I try to use my Mobile Hot Spot. Any suggestions? I update and update, but it resolves nothing.
The error 67 when getting from the hotspot usually means that you are not subscribed to the hotspot plan. Are you currently paying the 29.99 monthly recurring charge?
