I own my own I.T. company and had the first user phone utilizing the internet in florida. My point? It's not me, it's your network settings regarding my phone. Fix your problem
I have Called Numerous times for the same problems.
I'm Fed Up, I bill my customers from the phone log.
Previously the WiFi calls were recorded as 4 hours behind Eastern
Time (-9) I called about this numerous times and over
approximately 8 calls to sprint support, No Help. The Entire
time I used my S5 this was the case on WiFi, multiple locations.
When I upgraded to the S7 Edge, At first The times and usage were correct, Since December 2016 I've had the below problems.
1. WiFi Calls not being recorded in detailed usage logs
No, I'm not trying to use my phone to see usage, on the website
in the detailed usage Not there, not on the monthly bills.
2. Spoardic, sometimes, usually mostly, Duplicate texts, mostly on longer texts

Received call back from Sprint Network Support in Oklahoma last night.
Was told that it is a Sprint Problem with possible cause do to New / Updated Website???
