I have a Galaxy S10 and S10+. I have had good reception at home for the last year, but recently about a month ago the reception has been very poor and a lot of places that I go also are now very poor with lots of data dropouts. In the past I have disabled band 25 and this has helped, but does not seem to make a difference now. I have all bands enabled now but bars are only 3 when they used to be full.
the agent is needing additional info to figure out what is going on...like...
-where are you? zip code and closest cross streets to the problem area... no physical address unless you send it to the agent via pm..
-are both phones running into this or only one of them?
Both phones experience the problem.
Zip code: 46530
Cross street: Old Valley Loop & Woodhurst Rd.
As I said we have had the phones for about a year with good reception and about a month ago the reception has just gotten bad. Been at the same home for over 30 years so that did not change, phones did not change, something else changed?
Thanks for info @ dakolberg. I've reviewed the area & there's normal activity. I've also checked for any know issues as it relates to the s10/s10+. Have you ensured that your phone's software is up to date? If not, please do & let me know if there's any improvement.
