I called to complain about my service being down for two hours. The rep was not helpful. Some how from me calling about bad connection service he tried to upgrade my plan. I hung up on him and he called me back. At that point I told him I’m going to Verizon. I’m finished with this lack of service from phone to customer. I hung up again and I received a bombardment of texts. This was really immature. Sprint, this was not only unprofessional, but unforgivable.
