So starting this Monday, every time I make a call I get the message "Your account is not authorized to make calls to this number..." It has also been happening when I dial *3. I can get a call out once in a while, but most of them don't. I need help!
I know that is never good. Have you done any troubleshooting on the phone?
I've done all I can on my side. I reached out on twitter and the customer service person said they refreshed my device on their side. I turned off my phone for a few mins and I still cannot make phone calls. I'm still getting the recording of 'Your account is authorized..."
