Dropping Calls - Appears to Occur When Network Switches from LTE to 3G

Hello,

I have recently been frequently dropping calls. This occurs in zip code 60622, which is near downtown Chicago, and occurs outside as well as inside my home and office. I use my cell phone for business and this is completely unacceptable. I have friends and family with Verizon and AT&T in my location and they never drop calls in my area.

I have noticed that the calls appear to drop when the network switches from LTE to 3G. I have tried working with Sprint tech support over the phone and that has not been helpful. Please advise.

Thanks

If the calls drops when it switches towers, then it's using another carriers tower. I checked and I didn't see anything wrong in the area. I'm going to send you a PM so I can get more info from ya.
