Dropping Calls - Appears to Occur When Network Switches from LTE to 3G
I have recently been frequently dropping calls. This occurs in zip code 60622, which is near downtown Chicago, and occurs outside as well as inside my home and office. I use my cell phone for business and this is completely unacceptable. I have friends and family with Verizon and AT&T in my location and they never drop calls in my area.
I have noticed that the calls appear to drop when the network switches from LTE to 3G. I have tried working with Sprint tech support over the phone and that has not been helpful. Please advise.
