False promises

I recently got injured at work only get 75% of my wage and sprint couldn't work with me saying that they understand I been a good customer since 2013 and they want to turn my service off which ain't right 1st lady told me they can work with me next one said they can't come on sprint get your story right I'm probably going to find another carrier sprint a joke now

Sapo23, I'm awfully sorry to hear that you've been injured. I know what it's like when money is tight. If you're already speaking to the finance team, they're the best people to keep in touch with as they'll know what options, if any are available. You can reach them by dialing *3 from your phone.
