I feel like my service has declined. I am a 20 year Sprint customer. After the last update, 1 1/2 weeks ago, I have horrible connection. 4-5 person I talked to said this was a "known" problem with my phone. Never had a problem until the the last update. IF I WANTED TO BE WITH T-MOBILE, I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THEM! But now I am stuck. Having problems I have NEVER had before.
