I have a IPhone X10 and network service has been extremely bad since the merger. Is there any option other than trying a different cell service. Thanks
Please try the following steps:
1.From the home screen, tap Phone.
2.On the keypad, dial ##873283# and tap the Call button.
The handset will search for profile updates and install them.
5.The PRL is now updated.
