Help with bad service since merger.

I have a IPhone X10 and network service has been extremely bad since the merger.  Is there any option other than trying a different cell service. Thanks

I believe the issue is data.  I consistently only have 1 bar and apps won’t open or time out without opening.  Thank you for responding.

Is the device software up to date?

Yes software is current

Please try the following steps: 

1.From the home screen, tap Phone.

2.On the keypad, dial ##873283# and tap the Call button.

3.Tap OK.

The handset will search for profile updates and install them.

4.Tap OK.

5.The PRL is now updated.

Thank you so much for responding.  Unfortunately I am still experiencing pow reception...mostly 1 bar.

Good morning Nema. If you're still encountering this issue today, please let me know. Also, is it possible for you to provide me with a speed-test? When doing so please make sure you're only connected only to the Sprint network.
