Same thing here good luck, my download speeds are even lower then that. Made a post awhile back, and no updates. My post "At a loss, Slow speeds no connection". Hope it works out.

The zip codes you provided earlier in the convo, both have towers that are working properly. The tower in Owosso has an open alert. This could lead to the issues you're experiencing.

nealpetro1640, I checked on your zip code from the original post. I don't see any issues with the towers. Have you reset the network settings in the past 2 weeks?

Wow, for a tech guy you don't get it, do you.

 

I am connected to the tower at my home in Howell.  The other end is a server in Owosow Mi, Not a tower.

 

Run any speed test and you will see that they show what server connection you attach to as an end point.

I was looking at our tools. It shows towers for both of those locations.
