My problem all started a couple of months back when my plan was switched without my knowledge. I was able to catch the change in my monthly bill price change. I went from my sprint unlimited freedom plan to the unlimited plan available now. I’m doing so I lost my 10 hb of hot spot data. I was told that that could not be returned to me since that plan was no longer available. In return for losing this I was offered to add 3-5 five lines to my account for free of charge service and all. So I decided to add my parents to my account their phones already being owned by them not under any type of lease agreement. Before doing so though I checked with sprint representatives 2 times to make sure that I could add them and it would in fact be totally free of charge as was stated to me. Now that I have went through the process of switching them to my plan I’m being told my one representative that my phone bill will be going up by $79, but in the same day being told by another one it will not go up at all and he has added notes to my account saying so. I don’t know who to believe anymore in regards to any of this I have been lied to and mislead so many times over the past couple of months. Would really hope that a company like sprint would be professional enough to honor their word.
