It’s been intermittent every since I got it at the beginning of the year. I’ve tried everything. Factory reset, normal reset, unplug replug. Nothing works. It constantly just hangs up on trying to connect to the sprint network. I now have troubles sending texts to non iPhone users.
Since the Magic Box is designed to assist with cellular service, it won't work with your WiFi. It could be one or the other, honestly; faulty or just bad signal inside. Let's look at the home for a moment. Are you in a house, or a building? How many stories? How much vegetation is close around the perimeter of the house?
@fuxy32, please send us the nearest cross streets and ZIP code where you have this Magic Box. Do you also have an Airave at this location? Having both devices in the same primary location can cancel each other causing negatively impacts to your service.
