I work in Cherokee NC (28719) and have had no native Sprint service since before Christmas. My phone is showing Extended 3G but there is NO DATA! This is a ridiculous length of time to be without service! I rely on my phone to stay connected to work colleagues when I'm away from my desk and with no data coverage I'm not able to receive my emails. Can someone please give an update on when I can expect service to be restored?
Good morning Tommy_G. It's unusual to see that this issue has yet been resolved. Let me look into that area a bit closer. Is the issue at the home or is it also affecting you when outside?Is data the only issue? What's your cross street ?
I have checked the location provided and confirmed that as you explained, services are still being affected. This is definitely an unusual situation. We do not have a specific time as to when this is going to be fully resolved, however, what I can assure is that our network team is already aware of the this and working to have these issues solved as soon as possible.
In locations were the Sprint network is not available, we recommend you to use the domestic roaming, which is included in most of our plans at no additional cost. Around 100MB-300MB of data and 800 minutes for voice services.
