Poor Coverage, Bad Service, Device?

I live/work in Meridian/Boise, Idaho.  The Sprint Coverage Map shows good coverage in both.  I must live and work in a perpetual black hole that follows me around.  My phone goes to LTE when I am not using anything.  As soon as I start using any app on my phone, it switches to roaming or no service at all.  I was on T-Mobile and had good service in my office and in my home.  Can this issue of no service be resolved?  I don't like having to use my business line for personal use, but at this point, I don't have a choice.

Also, my Galaxy S10e does not hold a charge.  It constantly drains and uses the battery, all on it's own, while not in use.  My phone constantly gets hot while on the Sprint Network, but not while on Wi-Fi.  I have done everything Samsung recommended to prevent the heating up.  Is there something Sprint can do to help with these issues?

At this point, my phone is a brick of crap, not connected to a network.

So it's a phone issue that you're experiencing. That phone has connectivity issues. Do you have Sprint Complete?

What is Sprint Complete? And why sell me a phone that cannot connect to your network?

We didn't know that it had issues when it came out. Sprint Complete is insurance. We are having people exchange their phones for new ones to fix the problem.

So, get something other than a Samsung?

No, the latest s10's aren't having this issue. It was a handful of the very first ones. The ones you can exchange for have the latest software updates on them that get rid of the connectivity problems that you're experiencing.

Okay. Well if it's not working I recommend exchanging it.
