Service blocked in UAE

I traveled to the UAE on Saturday (29 Feb 2020). When I arrived, I was prompted to purchase the international mobile plan for $25 for one week, which I did. For 2 days the plan was functional. Last evening (Monday 2 Mar 2020 at about 6pm UAE time), I lost the cellular connection. I am no longer able to establish a cellular connection, and any attempts to contact Sprint through web or voice are blocked. Is this a known issue?
