Slow/no data connection

Have connection issues at work.  I used to get speeds around 50-60Mb/s. Now I can only get 5-10Mb/S, if I'm lucky sometimes it will go up to around 20Mb/s for a minute . The problem only started in the last 3 months or so and only is affecting those of us on Sprint. Phone is still showing 5 bars and LTE, but everyone is having intermittent data. Voice is working normally it seem .

Thanks for checking in with us.  I looked at the network in your area for known outages or issues. There is in fact a known and outstanding issue in the area you provided.  While I do not have a time to resolution, I do know the tower teams are actively working the issue.  I am sorry for the inconvenience.  Thank you for your patience.
