Very slow data - Lenox, MA

Difficulty connecting to network.  I am experiencing very slow data. Please connect me with network technical support. I have already restarted my phone, rest network settings, ##CLEAR# and ##UPDATE#.

Is it possible to to have ROMAHOME temporarily taken off my line if there is network congestion on T-Mobile?

Hey. Slow data can be frustrating, I understand. Our goal was to provide a better network experience than before, but it can be removed for you to revert to your usual network experience. Before taking this action, I'd like to try some troubleshooting, just to ensure we aren't missing anything. What's the make and model of your device? It's running the latest software version and VoLTE is enabled, right?
