I was trying to access the sprint community page to post my issue with my service that I’ve been having for some time now I got this message and I had to screenshot it to provide proof. I get this error message every day more than a few times and I am tired of paying $200+ every month for crappy service when I am paying for the “unlimited” plan.

No it pretty much happens everywhere I use my phone. For example if I’m on the road and want to access my Waze app it takes forever to load up the address I’m looking for, and the call service there’s always interference and with the messages it says not delivered

There's an outage in this area, this is the reason why you've been experiencing issues with data connections. The network team is aware of the situation and they are actually working to have it resolved. Regarding the text messages, iMessage can be affected at this time. Since you when been experiencing these issues including calls? Have you performed any troubleshooting steps to the phone?
If you guys knew there was an outage why didn’t sprint send out an email to its customers or a letter by mail. Yes I’ve done every troubleshoot a representative told me to do through chat and it resolved it for that day the following day it was back to the same issues
When there's a national outage, the customers are notified about it, but when there a single site outage, the customers are not notified because they have the option connect to any other good working tower in the area and most important, if continue to have issues with the service, we provide the customer the roaming option so they can be able to enjoy service while the issue with the affected tower is fixed and can have a better experience.
Have you tried to use the roaming service? Is there any improvement?
Yes, perform a PRL update:
From the home screen, tap Phone.
Note: This will update both the data profile and the PRL.
On the keypad, dial ##873283# and tap the Call button.
The handset will search for profile updates and install them.
