less than 2.0 mbps, about to give up

UPDATE: I've been promised a Magic Box, so I'll see if that improves the performance.

New customer here, with an extensive tech background.

I'm on the Unlimited Premium plan, but I feel like I'm using a dial up.

Have tried just about everything to get decent speedtests, but it will speed up for a few minutes then back to slow downloads.

Did the prl update, reboot, etc.

New iphone se 2020, that works fine on other networks.

Hey. Connection problems are the worst, I understand. Looks like you've already spoken to our Tech Team, right?

Hello, I got the Magic Box today and tried it in all my windows.

The Magic Box says that the signal is good, and I get 4 bars on my phone, but my speedtests are still around 2 or 3 mbps.

Sounds like you may be having the same issues as I have. Check out my thread "Sprint now on T-mobile network" .
