my mifi 8000 has stopped recording my usage for over a month now, I have to log into Sprint to check usage.
Do I need to do a factory reset on the device? I have already checked for software updates, updated prl, rebooted, reset data counter.

after reset, playing videos all day it is still set to 0/100gb
could it be from the network merger and how it measures data on the mifi 8000?
