"Sim not valid" message when trying to BYOD

I recently added a new line to my account. The device I was using wasn't supported by Sprint, so I got a phone specifically unlocked for sprint. When I enter my IMEI on the BYOD page the phone pops up, but when I enter the sim card number from the Sprint sim card kit I bought it says my sim is invalid. I have other sim cards that came in the kit I can try, but I figured I would ask here first since the sim cards are brand new and should work. Thanks in advance.

Once you get a SIM that is capable with your device, you should be good to go!
