Beelz,

Do you get voicemail indicator showing if you have voicemail?  That's the issue that I have on mine running 4.4.2.

Did you have the device set to CDMA or LTE when you downloaded and installed the update?

Please perform the following steps:

Turn wifi off.

Change network settings to CDMA (device may power cycle)

Turn device off for a minimum of 5 minutes

Power back up

Ensure device is still set to CDMA only

On dial pad enter ##72786# (device may request to power cycle and perform updates, if so, let it proceed)

Please let me know fi you get an errors during the process and the exact error message if any. Please have someone leave you a new voice message to test if the VM icon appears.

Quick question, if I purchased the Nexus 5 through the Google Play Store and not through Sprint or it's affiliates, will I still get the 4.4.3 update or will I need to side-load or manually update it to 4.4.3?  And, by what date should I have the update by?  Thanks in advance.

You can force your N5 to get the update

Switch on airplane mode

Setting>apps>all>Google services framework

Clear cache, clear data, force stop

Reboot

Turn off airplane mode

Settings>about phone>system updates>check
