the 635 update

I try to update my apps and it wont update when i update the downloads it keep saying it need attention. whats wrong with this phone

Without a specific error code number it is difficult to troubleshoot. However, a quick Google search results in a few ideas for fixing the problem.

First, restart the phone. Its the easiest way to troubleshoot a fix. Pulling the battery for a few minutes is also an option.

Second, make sure you have a good Internet connection or are on wifi. Poor Internet can cause errors.

Third, make sure the date and time on your phone is set correctly, including time zone.

Fourth, MS recommends when the above steps don't fix your issue that you go into Email and Accounts on the phone and re-send your Live account.

Finally, when all else fails, MS suggests that you clear the cache and cookies.

Settings -> Applications -> Manage & Updates -> Marketplace

If none of these fixes your problem, please post back with the error code number.
