I'm an advanced tech/4G/MDE/Airave support specialist. My schedule is Tues-Sat 5:30 am - 2:30 pm CST.  Please PM me any issues you havent been able to get resolved. I will do my best to contact everyone and get your issue resolved.

Please keep in mind I work at an inbound call center and during high call volume times I may not have time to respond to everyone. I'm just trying to make sure our customers are getting taken care of.
