Back order fulfillment can vary from 24hrs-2 weeks based on device demand and manufacturing process. When receiving this message generally it is an indication we are sold out of inventory and we are waiting for new shipment from the manufacturer. Once we receive the device in our warehouse it will then automatically forward to your desired address and also notify when it is on its way so you have the most up to date information on your order.
