Music Player Error

I have a Samsung LG Rumor Reflex and the Music Player/Store app has suddenly stopped working.  Every time I try to launch the app, it displays the error "We are experiencing problems with your phone memory, or memory card, and cannot process the files stored on it.  Please unlock your memory card and try again {6000}.

I don't think this is a memory card problem because my photo files that I've saved on my memory card are being recognized by the phone (although suddenly out of order).  And the memory card does not have a 'lock' switch on it.

Both the phone memory and the memory card are not full and have plenty of space still available.

I've tried deleting all my files off the memory card, formatting it, and re-starting the phone.  No results.

I've also tried a "soft reset" to the phone.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem with the Music Player app?

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Have you tried using a different Micro SD card?

Yes, I have tried a different Micro SD card and the problem persists.

Also, even if I take out the memory card and try launching the Music Player app, it still comes up with the same error.

One of our technicians will have to take a look at it then. Locate a repair center near you.
