New order; account suspended?

New order; account suspended?

I am a new customer and I order the Galaxy s3 about 9:30 AM CST. I never got a comfirmation email so I got into chat and they provided me with my account number and an order number. So it is now 11:25 PM CST and I have tried to create an account using my account number, but it says it is suspended. Is there a reason for this? Also, when should I expect to be able to create my account? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your respons. I called and they told me that I will be able to create an acount as soon as I get my phone and the suspended status is due to it being new. Thanks.
