Retention Department/ Worst Customer service ever!
Since March I've been trying to simply change my plan to something tha works for me and I've been over billed, assigned to the wrong plan, told I could do something in a plan then told I can't and I've spoken to, count them, 12 Sprint associates at different Tiers call center folks to supposed Managers and they cannot figure it out! I was sent a letter today on a phone line that we disconnected in March. They going to reactivate it in August?!?!?!? What the hell is going on with Sprint? This is Unreal! Surreal! Anyone for a mass revolution on Sprint?!? Any ideas how to get them to act right?
