Unable to check RMA shipping status / replacement status
I hope this is the correct place to post this, as I couldn't find anything else remotely applicable. I have a replacement LG v20 being shipped to me, the RMA created 3/15/2017 - 5 days ago. I received the receipt for it, I received the confirmation that it's happening, but I have no way to check the status of the shipment. No tracking number has been given yet, and http://phonereplacementtracking.sprint.com/ doesn't accept my information. Any help with how to track this would be great!
