wanting to add a phone to my account

want to add a new phone to my plan ... but it is not letting me through my on line access

You have to have a perfect bill paying record with Sprint as i found out yesterday when trying to add another line to my account. Even though i have two phones and one contract ended they will not let me add another line....so when the other contract is up i'm switching carriers.
