GameZone Forest Interactive bogus charge

I received a random notification stating that I'd start getting billed $5/month from some company called Forest Interactive. I don't have any games installed on my phone and I never accidentally clicked on anything. I already replied with the option to cancel the membership but I want to make sure I won't be billed for that initial $5 charge.

 

Who can I talk to since this isn't really a "service billing" question.?

Try going here to avoid those charges in the future: 

Login to My Sprint (you may have to go through 2 step authentication):

- Click the My Preferences tab

  1. Under the Limits and permissions section:
  2. Block Apps, digital media downloads & third party charges
  3. Select device and phone number to block or unblock and save changes
