I’m currently quite behind on my account and it has been sent to collections. I’ve recently been down on my luck between my job and things with court. I’m needing my service still but am having a tough time coming up with the money to pay it all. Is there any assistance or help I can get with this?

We've all been there, down on luck, and things not panning out the way we hoped or wanted. I understand where you're coming from. I'll be happy to look into this for you. Is your account active still, or has it been cancelled?
