New Customer Incentives not Paid

My family moved 4 lines to Sprint from Verizon at the beginning of Sept 2018.  The incentives included $50 store credit per line moved.  $100 Visa gift card for transferring lines over and Visa gift cards for the final bill payment to Verizon.  I spoke to the store manager and he said they got our final bill and the gift cards for that were being processed....over a month ago.  Never got the email confirmations on that nor have we received any of our other incentives as promised.  He has not responded back to me in a few weeks.  How do I elevate this issue to get these bill credits and Visa gift cards as promised?  Tired of playing games.  Any help is appreciated...
