Payment Arrangement

I have been with sprint for four years and I’ve been a pretty loyal customer. However, this pandemic has been hard on everyone. Most companies have been understanding and willing to work things out, but Sprint has not been so friendly. Yes, I have fallen behind on my bill and not paid my set arrangement at times, but I’m playing catch up at the moment and to not have my phone is a huge inconvenience. I wish Sprint was as loyal to their customers as we are to them.
