Payment arrangement???????

If I set up a payment arrangement through the automated system will it keep my phone from getting cut off tomorrow. I have been trying to call customer service all day and can't get a person

Thank you so much for reaching out to us. You can avoid service disconnection by setting up a Payment  Arrangement. Follow the steps below so that you can set up an arrangement:

 

From your computer, tablet or smartphone:
   1. Go to sprint.com/paybill
   2. Sign in to My Sprint using your username and password
   3. Select an existing or enter a new payment method
   4. Select Other Date and choose a date from the calendar icon that you’d like us to process your payment
   5. Select the amount for your payment arrangement
   6. Click the Continue button
   7. Verify the payment information you entered is correct
   8. Click the checkbox to agree to terms and conditions
   9. Select Authorize; a confirmation page will display

From any phone, you can use our pay by phone system to set up a payment arrangement:
   1. Call 800-784-2608 or *3 from your Sprint phone
   2. Enter your Sprint wireless phone number
   3. Select More Payment Options
   4. Select Scheduled Payments or Payment Arrangement
   5. Follow the voice instructions to set up your payment arrangement
