I been with sprint for years and just last year I added another line. They told me once I added another line my bill wasn’t gonna be no more than $200 dollars. I recently just lost my job and I called customer service to help get assistance. With no phone now I’m missing out on job opportunities because I don’t have a phone to be contacted on.
This is an unfortunate situation that many people find ourselves in. Since your phone is off, I assume your payment arrangement was denied, had a down payment you couldn't work with, or failed. Unfortunately, if one of these is the reason, I recommend speaking with the Finance Department to see if they can set up any kind of payment plan for you to restore service.
