In some rare cases, users are reporting inability to connect to Sprint LTE. This behavior could be seen on devices with software versions BB100-3V05 or later.
There is currently no known workaround for impacted handsets. Do not perform data wipes or hard resets to address this behavior as it will not provide resolution.
Please be advised that BlackBerry and Sprint plan to release an upcoming software patch to resolve this behavior.
